Premium Subscribers: Immediate access to all content, ad-free experience
Some content may be designated as premium-only by creators
Free users may see advertisements to support the platform and creators

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
Subscription benefits are non-transferable

3. Creator Monetization and Revenue Sharing

Revenue Sharing Model

Ad Revenue: Creators receive 80% of net advertising revenue generated from their content
Premium Subscriptions: Subscription revenue supports platform operations and does not generate creator revenue
Revenue is calculated based on authenticated page views and ad performance metrics
Only content published by verified creators is eligible for revenue sharing

Payment Terms

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
Payments are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings
Creators must provide valid tax information and payment details
Payment processing fees may apply depending on the chosen method
We reserve the right to withhold payments for suspicious activity

4. Intellectual Property Rights

User-Generated Content

Creators retain ownership of their original content
By uploading content, creators grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform
We respect DMCA takedown requests and have a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement
Users may not upload content they do not own or have permission to use

5. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Prohibited: harassment, copyright infringement, circumventing access controls

6. Content Policy

Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
Content depicting minors in sexual situations
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
